		<description>As a woman, I have to just clarify...stomach cramps from food poisoning are not the same kind of cramps a woman suffers during her &quot;time.&quot;  (At least not for me, anyway).  Imagine feeling a dull, constant ache in the lower abdomen, coupled with extreme fatigue and pain which radiates throughout your lower back and (at times) down your legs. 

Now, picture this one:  Cramps WITH food poisoning. 
And oh yes, it does happen.

At any rate, I feel you.   I had a bad sushi experience back in &#039;02.  Haven&#039;t been the same since.</description>
