I'm not a behavioural psychologist, but if she is apprehensive to commit because she needs someone to drink with... there's probably a lot more problems beneath the surface that you'll need to work through first. Do you think this will pass? Pack a Day Smoker, First thing i did was wake up and light up. Funny thing is that I know I didnt need it, always thought i was not additcted was I wrong in so many ways.. A Bottle of wine a day... Finish work and the first thing I would reach for was the liquid gold... Sem Sav Blanc my poison... rather depressing when you think about it.. Stuck in a Rut.... 11 Days ago - I decided to give up the smokes... one of the hardest things i had to do in a very long time, but boy do i feel great now.... Day 1 of No Alcohol.... I dont put smoking and Drinking together... i find that my main trigger for both is boredem... My house has never been cleaner, I am spending more time with my Daughter... and above all feeling bloody good about the whole experience... If i can do it anyone can :) My Life a few weeks ago.
