And very true, although I&#039;ve made some pretty big (and very lame) errors in decision making, regretting them is just the first step to learning from your mistake.  Now I embrace those mistakes and realize that regret doesn&#039;t last forever, eventually I grew up and didn&#039;t make similar mistakes anymore.

The part about action vs. fear of failure rings completely true!  Often times I&#039;m frozen in fear and can&#039;t do anything.  Unfortunately the last time it occurred was an attempt to improve my snowboarding on an extremely steep hill....I was almost in tears, I certainly learned from that when I went to an actual Mountain a few months later.
