You're right, we allow people to enter our lives at particular moments, whether for a brief moment or for a longer stay. At this point in my life, I am careful to allow people in who may not deserve it... a cynical chip on my shoulder? The "wall of China" still up and running? Or just because I don't have time to make friends with losers! Whatever the reason, I am content with the select few I've allowed in at this point. So why after so many blogs written by Mr. Cecchin have I decided to respond to this particular one????? It's because I wanted to let you know, that our friendship is one that I treasure! Althought you have the wonderful ability to piss me off, you also have challenged me to explore different perspectives, inspired my creative mind to lead me, and you listen to my bantering with care and concern ( or are you just "ummmhmmm(ing); and for sure(ing); and of course(ing)" while i unravel my heart to you) ... hmm maybe next time we have one of our 'deep' conversations I'll have to make it in person!
