Anyhoo, here in BC we get a bill mailed to us because it is not hidden in our taxes as it is in Ontario. It comes to about $40 a month, so you can see how that’s slipped somewhere into Ontario income tax. I wish it was ingrained into my tax…but I don’t know why it’s different out here. Perhaps because of union differences things change so often – so they keep it separate from the tax system.

tried to email you but it wouldn’t go through. anyhow, great post on your blog. I especially liked #8 on health care being included opposed to free in Canada, I really enjoyed that perspective, because its very accurate. would you mind giving me a short lessons on health care in BC? what did you mean by, ‘you pay for it every month’? Are you just talking about gov’t taxes off your paycheque? I’m totally ignorant to the differences between BC and ONT.

and yes, the weather yesterday was easily the best its been all year. 26 degrees, light breeze and blue blue skies. It was the best Canada Day I can remember. Last year I was in Ottawa and it was freezing, felt like late October.

Also, do you know a lot about wordpress plugins?
